MYRIAD to stock Hultsteins Spares

Southampton, UK: Myriad is now stocking and distributing parts for Hultsteins, the Swedish maker of diesel-free truck-fridge systems.

Myriad gives at Hultsteins customers better access to components for Hulsteins diesel-free Ecofridge its Ecogen hydraulic generator.

Already popular with cold chain operators in the UK and Europe, the Ecogen hydraulic generator, in particular, is poised for a boom, because it can be retrofitted to any truck with an engine PTO, Hulsteins says.

The system works in tandem with all makes and models of existing diesel powered fridges transforming the unit into a hybrid system.

With UK operators facing a ban on the use of red diesel in refrigeration units from April 2022, Hulsteins Ecogen provides a cost effective alternative to replacing current diesel units.
