RE-MANUFACTURING SERVICE EXCHANGE PROGRAM

The price of major replacement parts for the Refrigerated Transport industry is a significant cost of keeping vehicles in service and earning their keep.

For many of the major parts in question there is a more cost effective solution. Myriad runs a service exchange programme which will provide a quality replacement part at a significantly lower price point.

Items within the exchange programme will include Compressors, Electric Motors, Fan Motors & Blowers, Battery Chargers, Generators, electronic boards & Micro-Processors, and Engines.

We will deliver your exchange item but we expect you to return the exchange at your cost. If you do not have facilities to do this, we can send in our courier to collect the exchange for an agreed price at point of sale. If you require this service you will need to package the item safely and add our address to the package.

In the case of heavy items such as compressor, generators or engines, these items are sent on small pallets and these can be re-used to return the exchange. Most Couriers require that metal items such as these are covered appropriately, perhaps with shrink wrap or cardboard before they will handle them.

In the case of Engines and Compressors, please ensure all liquids are removed from these items and in the case of Compressors, the suction and discharge blanking plates from the new compressor should be fitted to the old unit.

All exchange items are covered by Myriad’s warranty for at least six months from point of sale and in many cases for twelve months. Details of the specific warranty can be found on the website or we will confirm the warranty terms at point of sale.
